摘要
池田大作在领导创价学会的实践中,形成了他的民间组织管理思想,内容主要有:组织要建立明确和可行的战略目标,组织要有共同的理想、理念,组织要注重协调,组织应该给全体成员带来幸福,组织的活动要切实地推进等。探讨池田大作民间组织管理思想,有利于促进我国组织管理理论的发展,能够为我国民间组织的管理实践提供一些有益的借鉴。
Ikeda Daisaku forms his management thoughts of non - government organization in the practice. For example, organization must have distinct purposes, feasible strategic aims, and have common ideals and concepts; it should give his members happiness; its activities must be carried out in a practical manner. Ikeda Daisaku＇s management thoughts give us many benefitial implications.
