摘要
高等教育的快速发展,特别是信息技术的迅猛发展,引起了高校档案工作内涵和外延的深刻变化,《高等学校档案管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)应运而生。文章从多角度对《办法》产生的背景、内容、现实意义等方面进行了分析探讨,认为该《办法》凸显了新时期高校档案工作的时代特征,当前应以学习贯彻《办法》为契机,规范高校档案工作,推动高校档案管理工作再上新台阶。
The rapid development of tertiary education, especially that of information technology, results in profound changes in both connotations and extensions of college archives management. Thus, Management Methods for College Archives （hereafter Methods） came into being. From the analysis in regards to the background, content, and practical significance of Methods,this paper holds that since Methods embodies the epoch characteristics of college archives management under new conditions, we should fully study and implement Methods, regulating and promoting college archives management.
