摘要
昆明新南亚风情园基础设计为静压预制管桩,试桩承载力等参数满足设计要求,但工程桩施工完毕,进行检测时发现浮桩。通过分析浮桩的原因,采取复压处理方案,各项参数符合设计要求。总结了静压桩施工和浮桩处理的经验和体会。
The foundation of Nanyafengqing Garden was designed of static pressure pre-cast tube pipe; pile floating was detected after construction. Through the cause analysis, repressing treatment scheme was applied with parameters satisfying the design requirement.
