摘要
结合我国制造业对高技能人才的寻求,指出校企合作是培养高技能人才的重要途径,也是企业培养高技能人才的内在需要;高职教育以提高员工和学生的职业素质和动手能力为本位,要结合企业岗位职业技能的实际,开展高技能人才培养模式的改革。
Combination of China＇s manufacturers seek to high-skilled talent, pointed out the school-enterprise cooperation is important way to training of high-skilled talent, corporate culture is personnel needs of the training high-skilled talent. Higher education staff and students in order to enhance the professional quality and practical ability-based, in conjunction with the corporate status of the actual job skills, carry out the reform of high-skilled talent training model.
