摘要
当代农村宗族势力对农村社区实行的村民自治制度具有不可忽视的影响。一方面,宗族势力通过承担村民生产的服务和协调工作、调解民间纠纷和协助维护社会治安、村民利益表达和政治参与、满足村民历史感、归属感的心理需求等对村民自治制度起补充、协调的积极作用;另一方面,宗族势力通过对村民的民主选举、村民委员会的决策方向和村干部的工作态度、农村的政治文化生活施加消极影响,形成了对村民自治制度的制约作用。
Contemporary rural clan force has important influence on villagers＇ autonomous system in rural communities. On the one hand, clan force is a supplement to autonomous system in village, whose functions include providing service and coordination for production, mediating disputes among local residents and helping maintain public order, express interests and encourage political participation, meeting the villagers＇ demands of sense of history and belonging. On the other hand, clan force has negative effect on democratic election, democratic policy- making for villagers committees, working attitude of village cadres and political life in the country, which restraints the system of villager self- government.
