广州管圆线虫感染福寿螺模型的建立 被引量:2

Establishment of An Infection Model of Pomacea canaliculata by Angiostrongylus cantonensis

摘要 目的建立具有足够感染度的感染有广州管圆线虫的福寿螺模型。方法将福寿螺随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,每组16只。分别用每只螺0条、1500条、2500条、3500条一期幼虫感染福寿螺。感染24h后以相同感染数量相同时间重复感染一次。35~40d后,使用酶消化法查找三期幼虫,观察螺的死亡率、感染率、感染度等指标。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组死亡率分别为0、31.25%、31.25%、62.5%;Ⅰ组各螺无三期幼虫感染,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组感染率均为100%;感染度Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组明显高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组之间感染度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无广州管圆线虫感染时,Ⅰ组螺可正常生存,无死亡;Ⅱ组螺死亡率较低,但感染度亦不高;Ⅳ组螺感染度较高死亡率亦高;Ⅲ组福寿螺死亡率较低、感染度较高、感染虫数较均衡,最适宜作为模型。 Objective To set up an infection model with an adequate worm burden on Pomacea canoliculata infected by Angiostrongylus cantonensis. Method P.canaliculata snails were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲand Ⅳ(16 snails per group). Snails in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲand Ⅳ were infected with 0, 1500, 2500 and 3500 first stage larvae of A.cantonensis, respectively. After 35-40 days of infection, snails were digested by enzyme and the third stage larvae of A.cantonensis were counted. Mortality, infection rate and the worm burden were determined. Result The mortality was 0, 31.25%, 31.25% and 62.5% in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲand Ⅳ, respectively. The infection rate was 100% in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲand Ⅳ. The worm burden in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ was higher than group Ⅱ (P〈0.05). No difference in the worm burden between group Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P〉0.05). Conclusion Snails in group I had no infection. Snails in group Ⅱ had lower mortality rate and worm burden. The high worm burden of snails in group Ⅳ was correlated with the high mortality rate. Snails in group Ⅲ had high infection rate and low mortality rate. This group of snails could be used as an infection model.
