摘要
利用黑曲霉为出发菌株,经过紫外线和亚硝酸复合诱变,选育出一株高产纤维素酶的菌株,与出发菌株相比,纤维素酶高产菌株CMC酶活力提高了58.7%,滤纸酶活力提高了60.6%,而且产酶性能稳定。
