摘要
环境噪声达标区建设是环境噪声污染防治从单项点源治理走向面源综合治理,从定性管理走向定量管理的一项有效措施。介绍了大连市金州区环境保护局率先采用网格法开展区域环境噪声达标区创建工作,工程面积达20km2,并通过专家鉴定验收。环境噪声达标区的建设为加速城市环境噪声污染综合整治,提高区域声环境质量打下良好的基础。
Construction of up-to-standard noise-control zones is a new way of the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution moves from control of individual point sources to control of area sources comprehensive management, from qualitative management to ration management. The Jinzhou Environmental Protection Agency led the way in developing the construction work of the urban environment up-to- standard noise-control zones. Adopted the method of lattice, the project area has reached 20 square kilometer and the project has passed some experts＂ inspection and evaluation. It lays the foundation in increasing the speed of the task of comprehensive improvement of the urban pollution from environmental noise and improving acoustic environment quality.
