摘要
目的:优选分离纯化新藤黄酸的大孔树脂。方法:通过HPLC定量分析新藤黄酸,比较了七种不同大孔树脂对新藤黄酸的吸附性能,对大孔树脂分离纯化新藤黄酸的工艺进行筛选。结果:AB-8树脂对分离新藤黄酸的吸附性能适中,可将其含量由浸膏中的16.3%提高至67%。结论:AB-8树脂吸附新藤黄酸的纯化方法可取,具有一定的应用前景。
Aim: To optimize Macroreticular resin in absorption and separation of Neo-gamboge acid from Garcinia hanbyryi Hook f. Methods:The absorption of seven types resin were compared. To optimize the best resins for separating and purification Neo-gamboge acid. Restrhs:AB-8 resin is the best and the static for separating and purification Neo-gamboge acid. 67% of Neo-gamboge acid was eluted from AB-8 resin. Conclusion: AB-8 resin is the most effective one for large scale separating and purification Neo-gamboge acid from Garcinia hanbyryi Hook f.
