摘要
结合可靠性模型对固态发射机的可靠性进行了分析,提出了影响固态发射机可靠性的关键因素,并结合某固态发射机的具体设计实例,从子单元、系统、监控保护、结构工艺、散热等多方面论述了提高固态发射机可靠性的设计方法。
An analysis is made on the reliability of the solid-state transmitter combined with the reliability model, and the key factors influencing the reliability are proposed. Combined with abstract design examples of the transmitter, the design of methods to improve the solid-state transmitter is discussed from many ways such as sub-element, system, protection of monitoring and controlling, structural technology and heat abstraction.
