摘要
分析了计算机网络拥塞产生的原因及影响,研究了网络流量管理与拥塞管理的策略,提出了采用流量管理技术来增强网络层的流量控制功能,控制网络拥塞的产生,采用拥塞管理策略,优化网络资源的分配,解决网络资源的竞争,为有不同服务需求的网络业务提供有区别的服务,从而有效地控制网络拥塞。
This article analyzes the cause and influence of network congestion, researches the strategy of network traffic management and congestion management, proposes the use of traffic management technology to enhance the traffic control function of network layers and to control the appearance of network congestion. Using congestion management strategy, optimizing the allocation of network resources, solving the problem of network resources competition, providing differentiated services for different needs of network services, could effectively control network congestion.
