摘要
为了明晰钢帘线专用线材的实物质量水平,以指导产品质量标准的合理定位和生产工艺制度的合理制定,选取了钢帘线生产企业使用性能最好的典型帘线钢线材样品,进行了比较全面的检测分析。结果表明:先进帘线钢线材具有一些共同特点,即成分范围窄和材质纯净化;力学性能均匀,面缩率较高;组织为索氏体的体积分数>80%的均匀组织,平均片层间距约0.2μm,先共析铁素体体积分数<1%;钢中仅含A类和D类夹杂,D类夹杂≤0.5级、尺寸≤5μm且均呈塑性;产品尺寸精度高;无明显中心偏析、表面脱碳和缺陷。
By inspecting the quality of advanced hot-rolled wire rod for steel cord, its production quality standard and product process rules are established. Samples which come from the best plants are inspected. The results show that advanced hot-rolled wire rod for steel cord has some general characters, for instance, steel is clean and its chemical composition range is strict. Mechanical property is homogeneous and reduction rate of area is high. Microstructure is even and its sorbite rate is more than 80 percent, average layers space between cementite and ferrite is about 0.2 μm. Volume fraction of pre-eutectoid ferrite is less than 1 percent. Only A and D type inclusions are observed. All D type inclusions are plastic, its grade is less than 0.5 and the size of which isn＇t larger than 5 9m. Dimension precision is high. There is no central segregation or decarburization and defects on the surface.
