摘要 急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)具有较高的发病率,且预后较差。C反应蛋白(CRP)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的水平可以反映斑块的不稳定性,是ACS的重要危险因素,炎症加重了斑块的不稳定性,从而了导致了ACS的发生、发展。临床上联合检测CRP、MMP-9有助于ACS的诊断和严重程度判断,对预后预测也有一定的指导意义。 Patients with acute coronary syndromes have a high incidence of vulnerable plaque and bad prognosis rate. Hs-CRP,MMP-9 might decrease the stability of the plaque,they are important risk factors of ACS. Inflammation affected the development and changes of ACS by decreasing the stability of the plaque. Testing CRP,MMP-gcllnical|y may help the diagnosis and judgment of the severity of ACS,and also provide direction for forecasting of prognosis.
