摘要
彩涂板产品的理化性能、涂层表面质量两者相结合共同决定了彩涂板产品的综合质量。本文从影响彩色涂层钢板质量的基板、生产工艺控制等方面着手，对彩涂板生成中产生的质量缺陷的原因进行了分析探讨，提出了相应的控制措施及对策。
This paper analyzes and discusses on the causes of the quality defects in the production of the colour-coated strip from the view of the steel substrate and production process control which affect the quality of the colour-coated strip, and then proposes the corresponding control means and countermeasure.
