摘要
建立小磨香油挥发性成分的气相色谱指纹图谱。收集10批小磨香油为代表性样品,经顶空固相萃取其挥发性成分后,用毛细管柱程序升温分离,FID检测,建立的小磨香油挥发性成分指纹图谱确定20个共有峰。结果表明:该方法有良好的重复性、精密度和稳定性,共有峰相对保留时间的RSD<2%,建立的指纹图谱可为小磨香油的质量控制和真伪鉴别提供依据。
Established the fingerprints for the volatile oil puer sesame oil. The fingerprints were developed by gas chromatography with ten batch puer sesame oil. Results showed that fingerprints was consisted of 20 haracteristiccolor peaks, and the mean value of communal peak RSD was 〈2%. The method to establish the fingerprints is uncomplicated with good repeatability and can be used to control the qualities of pure sesame oil.
