摘要
利用１０种相关性小，完整性好的环境、组织和战略关系模式训练了一个能诊断企业组织适应性状态的神经网络，该网络与专家系统有机结合后进一步完成了企业的组织设计。实际应用表明以实证研究为基础的这种组织诊断与设计方法客观性好、自适应强。
By using ten typical patterns of environment,organization and strategy with little mutual closeness and perfect completeness,this paper has trained a neural network for diagnosing the adaptation of every firm. Integrated with expert system, the neural network can be further used for organization design of a firm. Its application has shown that the positive approach is more objective, self adaptive and worthwhile further study.
