摘要
以转rd29A基因国槐株系及其受体亲本植株为材料,在NaCl胁迫下,分别在处理后不同时间测定了耐盐生理指标。结果表明:在0.6% NaCl胁迫下,国槐植株内可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量,丙二醛(MDA)含量以及相对电导率都随NaCl胁迫时间的延长而增加;与受体亲本植株材料相比,转基因株系的可溶性糖和细胞膜稳定提高,丙二醛、脯氨酸含量降低。说明转rd29A基因的国槐植株耐盐性得到提高。
The study cultured the seedlings of transgenic Sophorajaponica L. with transformed rd29A gene and its rd29A recipient parents in the specialized nutrient solutions with NaC1 contents, and then some physiological and biological changes of them were tested separately after different days. The result showed that the content of soluble sugar, free proline and Malonaldehyde (MDA), electric conductivity under NaC1 treatments were increased with the time. Under the salt stresses, the seedlings of the transgenic Sophora japonica L showed higher soluble sugar content, higher Membrane Stability and lower MDA content, lower free proline content compared with the non-transgenetic plants. So they have stronger salt resistance.
