摘要
阐述了基层图书馆的现状,指出基层图书馆建设是实实在在为人民群众提供文化知识的便民工程,应该从体制改革、队伍建设、阅读环境等方面来创新、改善基层图书馆的状况。
This paper expounds the present situation of the primary-level library, and points out that in order to provide cultural knowledge to the people really, should innovate and improve the situation of the primary-level library from aspects of the system reform, ranks construction, and reading environment, etc.
