摘要
针对国内某石化企业液相苯加氢生产环己烷工艺,重点对工艺中的苯加氢反应装置进行了研究。通过对主反应器、后反应器的反应器类型、反应方式和流动形式进行分析,并根据物料恒算、焓恒算、相平衡计算等,建立了主反应器和后反应器的数学模型,并根据模型的形式选取了适当的数值计算方法。仿真所得结果与设计要求相符,说明所建模型能很好地模拟工艺过程。苯转化率达到100%,反应装置不但能很好地完成生产任务,还在处理能力上具有一定的裕量,为工程设计、预测计算与系统优化提供理论依据。工艺仿真系统已成功地运用于某化工厂员工的上岗培训,效果显著。
This paper describes the process of liquid - phase benzene hydrogenation to cyclohexane of a petrochemical company, and researches the benzene hydrogenation reactors. Based on the analysis of reactor types, reaction mode and flow form, the models of the main and the second reactors are established by ways of mass balance, energy balance and phase equilibrium. The numerical calculation method is chosen according to the type of the model. The simulation results meet the design requirements, which proved that the models simulate the process perfectly. The conversion of benzene reached 100%, and the reactors can not only accomplish the production task, but also have design allowance, which provides theoretical foundation for engineering design, forecast calculation and system optimization. Moreover, this process simulation system has been used for training successfully.
