摘要
对大卷、厚壁、高强度钢带纵剪机组的主要设备如开卷机、圆盘剪、卷取机的设计进行了探讨。重点计算分析了圆盘剪的主要技术参数如刀片直径、刀轴直径、电机功率等的选取,提出了刚度是圆盘剪刀轴直径选取的主要依据。结合生产实践,针对开卷机失稳、弹性体失效、液压站温度过高等问题给出了改进的措施。
Main equipment design of strip slitting unit applied for big steel coil, heavy thickness and high strength, such as uncoiling machine, disc shear and recoiler were researched. It analyzed main technology parameters including diameter of flake, axis and motor power etc. ,put forward that the hardness is the most factor for selecting disc shear axis parameter. Combining with production practice, aiming at uncoiling machine destabilization, elastic body invalidation and hydraulic station temperature higher,improvement measures were put forward.
