摘要
植物草酸氧化酶主要存在于少数禾谷类植物中,大多数定位于细胞壁上,含寡聚糖,它的主要功能是把草酸分解为H2O2和CO2,能增强植物抗病性和抗逆性、参与细胞的形态建成。本文对近年来植物草酸氧化酶在结构、功能、转基因、固定化四个方面的研究加以综述,并展望未来的发展趋势。
Plant oxalate oxidase (OxO), a key enzyme in several cereal crops, is mainly located in cell wall and contains oligosaccharide. The main founction of oxalate oxidase is to degrade oxalic acid into H2O2 and CO2, enhance the resistances of plant to diseases and other environmental stresses, and participate in cell morphogenesis. In this paper, the structure, function, gene transformation and immobilization of OxO were reviewed and its development trend in the future was also elucidated.
