摘要
DNA甲基化是最早发现的表观遗传修饰方式之一,也是目前该领域研究的关注点。动脉粥样硬化和高血压是心血管领域的常见病和多发病,同时又是与多基因遗传相关的疾病,部分研究显示DNA甲基化修饰参与了动脉粥样硬化和高血压等疾病发生发展的相关机制。本文就近年有关该方面的研究进展综述如下。
Recently, the relationship between DNA methylation and variety of human diseases has been elucidated. Atherosclerosis and hypertension are the common and frequent diseases and aberrant DNA methylation is the possible key to the expression of their candidate genes, which results in the occurrence and development of the diseases. It is meaningful to investigate the internal mechanism of the cardiovascular diseases.
