胃肠道间质瘤耐药机制的新认识
摘要
胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GIST)是间叶源性肿瘤,约占胃肠道肿瘤的1%。多数研究认为,GIST起源于具有起搏活性的胃肠道Cajal间质细胞(ICC),故本病多见于胃(65%)和小肠(25%),少数可发生于肠系膜或网膜,
