摘要
针对国丰钢铁公司热轧薄板厂层流冷却区的特点,设计了4种不同的卷取温度,研究了卷取温度对热轧板组织和性能的影响,并进行了模拟冷轧退火验证试验。结果表明,在620℃卷取时,SPHD热轧板具有最佳的力学性能,钢板的屈服强度为265MPa,抗拉强度为350MPa,伸长率A50为45.1%,应变硬化指数n值为0.24。
According to the characteristics of the laminar flow cooling line of hot-rolled steel sheet plant in Guofeng iron & steel Co.,Ltd.,four different coiling temperatures were designed,the effects of coiling temperature on the microstructure and performance of SPHD were studied and then a simulation for cold-rolled and annealed experiments was carried out.The results show that the optimal performance of Guofeng SPHD hot-rolled steel sheet is gained when coiling at 620 ℃.The yield strength of test steel sheet is 265 MPa,tensile strength is 350 MPa,elongation rate is 45.1%,and strain hardening exponent n value is 0.24.
