摘要
本文介绍了一种虫酰肼在红栎和胶枞树叶中的残留量分析方法。分析过程主要包括柱层析净化和液相色谱分析。分析物采用二极管阵列式(diode-aray)紫外检测器进行检测,柱型为RP-8,流动相为乙腈、二氧六环、甲醇和水。方法平均回收率为84~90%,最低检出浓度为0012~0022mg/kg。
A method was developed to determine tebufenozide in some forest leaves.The procedure mainly included column cleanup and liquid chromatographic with a diode-array UV detector set at 236 nm ,using an RP-8 column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-dioxane-methanol-water.Mean recoveries for analysis ranged 84~90%,with coefficient of variation was 7~9%.Limits of detection were 0.012~0.022mg/kg.
