摘要
以网络虚拟世界的典型代表"第二人生"的"钱生钱"模式为研究对象,对虚拟货币现状及其向"虚拟金本位"过渡的趋势进行了研究,剖析了现实世界中第一金融与虚拟世界中第二金融的关系,证明了第二金融的存在对相关产业具有一定的推动作用,并提出了对虚拟财产立法和建立"网上央行"及其监管的若干建议。
This article analyzes the ＂money makes money＂ pattern and the running environment of ＂the second life＂, which is the typical standard of the virtual world, including the statement of virtual money and the trend to the ＂virtual golden standard＂. It also proves the existence of the second finance by analyzing the relationship of the first finance and the second one. The article puts forward that the government should legislate the virtual property and build up the central bank on the Internet.
