摘要 微循环功能的失调在动脉硬化性血管疾病的症状出现前就可以早期多部位的发生。微循环的结构和功能可以用以下方法加以评价:经皮氧分压,皮肤血流量测定,离子渗透法和毛细血管显微镜。本文拟探讨微循环评估的重要性及具体方法,以及微循环功能的评估在糖尿病中的应用和临床价值。 Dysfunction of the mieroeirculation occurs in a similar fashion in multiple tissue beds long before the onset of atheroselerotie symptoms. Impaired mieroeireulatory vasodilatation has been shown to occur in certain disease states including peripheral vascular disease, diabetes mellitus, and so on. Microeirculatory structure and function can be evaluated with transcutaneous oxygen, pulp skin flow, iontophoresis, and eapillaroseopy. Methods for evaluating its function and discuss the clinical applications of microcireulation dysfunction in diabetes were discussed.
