消减杂交技术在结核病研究中的应用

摘要 消减杂交是20世纪80年代应研究真核生物基因差异表达需要而发展起来的一种基因差异筛选方法。抑制性消减杂交是建立在抑制性PCR基础上的一种高效消减杂交技术,最早应用于真核生物mRNA差异表达的研究中。Akopyants等首次将该方法进行改良并用于细菌基因组比较分析。这两种方法在多个领域得以广泛应用。现就其在结核病研究中的应用作一综述。 Subtractive hybridization technology is a gene screening technique,which has been used to study eukaryotic organism gene differential expression since the 1980s. Suppression subtractive hybridization,another method for subtractive hybridization basing on suppression PCR, is characterized by high specificity. The two methods have been used in lots of territories. This paper introduced their principle, method, advantages, disadvantages and application in tuberculosis research in detail.
