摘要 胆管支架包括塑料内涵管和金属支架,已经广泛应用于胆管各种良恶性狭窄的姑息治疗,临床短期疗效显著,但长期疗效受到支架移位、再狭窄等的困扰。金属支架显示出较好的优势,并逐渐得到改进。本文复习文献,综述胆管支架在应用研究方面的进展。 Biliary endoprosthesis, including plastic stents and metallic stents, have been widely used in the management of various benign or malignant bile duct stenosis. Although the short-term effect is most satisfactory, the long-term result is unsatisfactory because of the displacement and restenosis of the stent. Metallic stent is superior to plastic stent in keeping the stent open for long time and the technique has been improved gradually. This paper aims to make a review of the related literatures and to summarize the recent progress in the applied research.
