摘要
目的探讨颅骨成型头架在颅骨修补术中的临床应用价值。方法应用头架塑型组78例，徒手塑型组106例，比较术后两组颅骨的CT三维重建图片及其美容效果。结果应用头架组的塑型效果明显优于徒手塑型组。应用头架塑型组术后患者均对头颅外观满意。结论颅骨成型头架能够解决钛网修复体与健侧的对称性问题，满足了广大颅骨缺损患者对于美观的需求。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of the cranioplasty headframe in cranium osteoplasty. Methods Based on 3D - CT graphs and cosmetic effect, the comparison of the remodeling results of skull defect patients between 78 cases repaired with the cranioplasty headframe and 106 cases with bare-handed repair was performed. Results The cosmetic results of headframe group were better than those of bare-handed group. The cosmetic satisfactory rate of headframe group was 100%. Conclusion The cranioplasty headframe could solve the problem of symmetry between injured side and uninjured side, and meet the requirements of patients suffering from defect of skull for cosmetology.
