摘要
为解决升船机同步轴系统中安装封闭点鼓形齿联轴器的联接错位问题,设计了一种带胀套的鼓形齿式联轴器,利用Z5型胀紧联接套的无键联接替代鼓形齿式联轴器的定位键联接,实现了封闭轴系的联轴器在径向任意位置的准确对位和消除安装预应力的目的。
To solve the misconnection of drum-type gear coupling at the close point in the installation of ship lift synchronization system, a kind of drum-type gear coupling with expanding bush was designed, applying the Z5-type expanding bush instead of the key connection in the drum-type gear coupling. The gear coupling could achieve the goal of coupling＇s radial contraposition and eliminate the pre-stress of installation in the close shaft system.
