摘要
目的:建立测定妇舒能洗剂中氧化苦参碱含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)为(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)分析柱,流动相:磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈(90:10),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:220nm。结果:氧化苦参碱在1.0～20.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4)。加样回收率为95.7%,RSD=1.56%。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可以作为妇舒能洗剂的质量控制指标之一。
Objective： To set up a method for determining the content of Oxymatrine in Fushuneng Lotion. Method： HPLC was adopted, the liquid chromatography was carried out by Agilent Eehpse XDB-C18 （250mm × 4.6mm ,5 μm） ,with detection wavelength at 220nm. the flow rate was 1ml· min^-1, the mobile phase was phosphate buffer solution-acetonitrile（90： 10）. Result： The calibration curve was linear within the range of 1.0 -20.0μg·ml^-1 （r =0.999 4）. The average recoveries was 95.7% （RSD = 1.6% ）. Conclusion： The method is highly effective, quick and sensitive and therefore suitable for quality control of Fushuneng lotion.
