色谱新技术在体内药物分析中的应用进展(下)
摘要
色谱技术是目前应用最广泛、发展最迅速的生物样品分析测定方法。近年来,色谱法在联用技术、高通量技术、微量研究、微型化技术等方面发展非常迅速,在体内药物分析这一领域中的优势地位也更加突出。
