摘要
随着我国交通建设的快速发展,环城高速公路建设日益增多,有关环路理论的研究多偏向于定性分析,而定量分析和研究不足,更缺少对已建成环城高速公路的实际交通运行分析。文中基于环城高速公路上车流运行的特点、环城高速公路的类型及其发挥的功能作用,从实证研究的角度,运用定量分析方法,以重庆内环高速公路为例,分析研究环城高速公路上内部交通流、进出交通流和过境交通流的实际运营情况,可以看出环城高速公路的规划、建设与运营需要深入分析经济社会发展所引发的各种交通需求,尽量与城市内部及外部路网相协调,并需审慎决策。
With the rapid development of transport construction, the construction of circular expressway is increasing. However, the related theories of the circular road are mostly analyzed qualitatively. The quantitative analysis is insufficient, and the analysis of the actual traffic flow on the completed circular expressway is rare. The characters of traffic flow, the types and the functions of the circular expressway were studied. With Chongqing circular expressway as an example, the actual operation of the internal traffic flow, the in-and-out traffic flow and the cross-boundary traffic flow was analyzed empirically and quantitatively. The analysis shows that the planning, construction and operation of the circular expressway require in-depth analysis of traffic needs of economic and social development, coordination with the internal and external urban road network, and prudent decision-making.
