摘要
韩国的住房政策具有较强的政府主导型特征,政府不仅对住房市场进行了积极的政策调控,而且还直接参与了住房建设。尤其对低收入阶层的住房问题,韩国政府采取了政府直接投资和建设的政策。这一政策为韩国于2002年实现100%的住房普及率做出了积极的贡献。借鉴韩国住房政策的成功经验,对我国住房保障体系的建设具有重要的现实意义。
Korea＇s housing policy has the characteristics of a stronger government-leading role. The Korean government regards the housing problem of the low-income stratum as a very important problem that should be settled by the government. It has not only made some policies to regulate the housing market but also directly invested and participated in the housing construction, all of which has positive influences over Korea＇s realization of 100% popularizing rate of house in 2002.
