摘要
顶驱系统是近20 a发展起来的新型钻井驱动装置,目前对顶驱系统的研究已经基本成熟,但是针对其可靠性的研究有待进一步提高。利用故障树分析方法对VARCO TDS-11SA型顶驱系统进行了故障分析,绘制出顶驱系统故障树,求出其最小割集、最小径集和结构函数,并对其重要度进行排序,找出其薄弱环节,为设计和实际应用顶驱系统提供了参考依据,为进一步开发顶驱系统故障分析系统提供了条件。
Top drive drilling system is a new type of drilling drives developed in the past 20 years. It has significant technical and economic advantages in the oil drilling project; it has been widely used and promoted. Currently, the research of top drive drilling system has been matured, but still needs developing for its reliability. Using the fault tree analysis method, the fault of TDS- 11SA top drive drilling system was analyzed and fault tree was drawn. The minimum cut sets and the minimum path sets and the structure function were obtained and according to the importance of structure function, the relative weak parts of the system were found out. It could be used as reference for the designing and application and has widened path for the development of fault analysis system of top drive drilling system.
