摘要
为了深入研究钢桁拱桥拱桁交叉节点弱连接的传力机理和应力分布规律,评估其疲劳安全性,以朝天门长江大桥为工程背景,对拱桁交叉节点弱连接进行了1:4模型试验。通过有限元分析,选取受力最不利、汇集杆件较多的E18节点为试验研究节点,并基于疲劳损伤累计理论确定了等效荷载内力幅。通过疲劳试验,研究了弱连接结构的参数设计合理性及抗疲劳性能。研究成果可为类似结构的设计提供可靠的参考数据,并为此类弱连接结构在大跨度钢桁拱桥中的应用提供一定的技术支持。
A 1 : 4 scale fatigue model test for weak connection of arch truss cross joint was performed to further investigate the force transmission and stress distribution regularity as well as to assess the fatigue safety using Chaotianmen Yangtze River Bridge as an experimental material. E18 cross joint was selected as the research joint by the finite element analysis, which had more interaction rods and was in bad force situation. The equivalent load amplitude was determined by the theory of cumulative fatigue damage. The rationality of the parameter design and the fatigue performance of weak eonneetion were studied through the fatigue test. The research can supply reliable reference data and technical supports for the application of weak connection of long span steel arch truss bridges.
