摘要 设计制作了热线法测试材料导热系数的试验装置,测试了0~1,1~2,2~4,4~6,6~8,8~10mm6种粒径的散体硫化矿石在25~120℃之间的导热系数。测试结果显示了散体导热的复杂性和非线性:各种粒径下矿石的导热系数都随温度上升而缓慢增大,在试验温度范围内基本上呈直线关系;相同温度下,矿石导热系数随粒径变化的关系曲线整体类似抛物线。由误差分析可知,单次测试的总误差都在4%以内;导热系数推算公式和热线电阻的理想化处理以及电流和温度测量仪表的固有误差是试验误差的主要来源,其中电阻和电流带来的误差最大。 A test device for measuring the thermal conductivity of materials by hot-wire method was designed and used to test the thermal conductivity coefficient of a bulk sulfide ore of six size fractions 0 - 1,1 - 2,2 - 4,4 - 6,6 - 8,8 - 10 mm at 25- 120 ℃. The test results show the thermal conductivity complexity and nonlinearity of bulk materials: the thermal conductivity coefficients of all size fractions slowly increase with the temperature rise in basically a linear relation within the test temperature scope, and at the same temperature, their relation curve with particle size is on the whole similar to a parabola. It is seen from the error analysis the total error of each measurement is within 4% , which is mainly due to the prediction equation for thermal conductivity coefficient, the idealized processing of hot-wire resistance and the inherent error of current and temperature measuring instrument, where resistance and current contribute the most.
