纳米金属Ni的饱和磁化强度和居里温度的尺寸依赖效应 被引量:2

摘要 目前,纳米铁磁材料的磁学性质得到了广泛的关注.利用振动样品磁强计测试了纳米金属Ni的饱和磁化强度和居里温度.结果表明,纳米金属Ni的饱和磁化强度和居里温度低于粗晶Ni的饱和磁化强度和居里温度.而且,纳米金属Ni的饱和磁化强度和居里温度都具有尺寸依赖特性.采用一理论模型解释了饱和磁化强度和居里温度的尺寸依赖特性. The saturation magnetization and Curie temperature of nanocrystalline nickel are measured by vibrating sample magnetometer. The results indicate that the saturation magnetization and Curie temperature of nanocrystal- line nickel are lower than their coarse-grained counterpart. Moreover, the saturation magnetization and Curie tem- perature of nanocrystalline nickel are size dependent, which can be explained via a theoretical model.
