摘要
首次对长柄扁桃叶杀灭中型指环虫的活性进行了研究。采用不同极性的溶剂回流提取长柄扁桃叶,制备粗提物,并测定各粗提物杀虫活性。结果表明,长柄扁桃叶的水提物有很好的杀灭指环虫作用,为其活性部位。长柄扁桃叶水提物及经过有机溶剂进一步萃取后的最终水相在浓度为2000.0 mg/L时,最高杀虫率均达100.0%,且对金鱼未产生致死作用。
The killing active site of Dactylogyrus intermedius by Amygdalus pedunculata Pall was studied in this paper. The samples were prepared by solvents with different polarity respectively to get solvent extracts. Then the killing activties of those extracts were tested. The results showed that the water extract had good killing active effect among the different polarity fractions of A.pedunculata Pall and it was the active site. Both of the initial water extract and the final water extract exhibited 100.0% efficacy to against D. intermedius at the concentration of 2000.0mg/L and they were harmless to D. inter medius.
