摘要
阐述了运用高端CAD/CAM软件UG进行轮胎模具侧板字体的加工过程,实现了轮胎模具侧板字体在五轴数控雕刻机上的数控加工,提高了模具的加工质量和效率。
How to use high end CAD/CAM software UG to engrave letter on tire mold sidewall was introduced in this paper. NC machining for letter engraving in 5 axes CNC machine have been carried out. Mold manufacturing quality was improved and good benefit was gained by the process.
