摘要
用TRP技术考察了不同负载量及不同焙烧温度的Co3O4/CeO2催化剂的还原性能和还原催化剂的再氧化性能.结果表明,Co3O4/CeO2催化剂有4个还原峰(α1、α2、γ1、γ2),α1、α2还原峰归属为分散在CeO2表面与CeO2发生相互作用的氧化钴的还原,γ1、γ2归属为晶相氧化钴的还原,随着焙烧温度升高,α1、α2峰消失.Co3O4/CeO2催化剂经还原后,α2物种最易氧化,其次是γ1物种,γ2物种最难被氧化.
The reducibilities of Co 3O 4/CeO 2 catalysts with various loading and calcination temperature were investigated by means of TPR. The reoxidation properties of reduced Co 3O 4/CeO 2 catalyst were also studied. For oxided Co 3O 4/CeO 2 catalyst,four peaks (α 1,α 2,γ 1,γ 2) were found in the TPR patterns. α 1and α 2 were attributed to the reduction of finely dispersed Co ions which was interacting with CeO 2. α 1 and α 2 were attributed to reduction of the bulk cobalt oxide. α 1 and α 2 peak of Co 3O 4/CeO 2 disappeared with calcination temperature increased to 900℃. For reduced Co 3O 4/CeO 2 catalyst,oxidation of α 2 species was easier than that of γ 1 or γ 2 species.
