短期胰岛素泵强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响

摘要 近年来的研究发现,短期持续胰岛素输注(CSⅡ)可使约50%的初诊2型糖尿病患者获得长期缓解。这可能与血糖降低。“糖毒性”缓解后的胰岛素分泌功能改善有关,为了解糖尿病患者的胰岛素敏感性,我们对我院的部分初诊2型糖尿病患者进行了CSⅡ并观察14d后β细胞功能的变化,以探讨强化治疗的时间。
