摘要
本文研究了新显色剂邻氯间硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与汞(II)的显色反应.在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,于pH8.8的Na2B4O7-HCl介质中,试剂与汞(II)形成2:1稳定的紫色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于585nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.62×104L·mol-1·cm-1,汞含量在0-10μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律.该法用于合成水样及废水中微量汞的测定,结果满意.
In mis paper the colour reaction of mercny(II) with 0-chloro-m-itrobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene(0- C- m-NDAA) has been sinoed.The results show that in the medium of pH8.8 and in the presence of CTMAB mercury(II) reacts with 0- C- m-NDAA to form a purple complex with the molar ratio of 1:2.The complex exhibits maximum in water sample with sapsfactory results.
