从生物降解、微生物脱硫、基因工程药物及生物多样性保护等六个方面介绍了现代生物技术在环境科学中的应用和研究进展．讨论了现代生物技术的优越性和危险性．提出了我国环境生物技术发展的重要方向和任务．
The applications studies and progress of modern biotechnology in environment science are introduced from six aspects, including biodegradation microbial removal of sulfur genetic engineering drugs biomultiplicity protection and so on. In addition, the superiorities and dangers of biotechnology are discussed. The important directions and tasks are raised about the development of environment biotechnology in our country.
