摘要
GINA止水带是沉管隧道接头密封防水及安全的重要屏障。论文按平均水压法和接触应力法两种方法计算了保证GINA止水带水密性要求的最小压缩量,并在此基础上针对GINA止水带长期压紧状态下的松弛,提出了使用阶段GINA止水带最小压缩量的计算方法,估算了GINA止水带的当前压缩水平和GINA止水带的剩余压缩量。根据GINA止水带当前压缩水平评估沉管隧道的接头止水性能,并由GINA止水带的剩余压缩量确定沉管隧道安全预警等级。
GINA is the significant water proof barrier of immersed tube tunnel joint. Two methods, that is, those of mean stress and contact stress were employed to calculate the minimum GINA compression for ensuring the water- proofing effect. On this basis the method of calculating minimum GINA compression in operation was put forward considering the GINA relaxation in condition of long - term tight compression. In addition, estimation of current compres- sion and residual compression was given. Finally the joint waterproof performance was evaluated based on the GINA current compression and the immersed tunnel safety pre - warning classification was determined according to GINA residual compression.
