摘要
目的:探讨腕部尺神经锐器伤术后康复护理方法及临床效果。方法:对153例腕部尺神经锐器伤患者,术中用双极刺激器对尺神经两断端的功能束支进行定位,再采取神经束膜加神经外膜缝合法修复,术后第1周尽早进行康复训练。结果:术后平均随访3年7个月,按照手外科学会上肢周围神经功能评定试行标准评定,优良率为84.3%。结论:尽早实施康复护理对腕部尺神经损伤功能恢复有积极促进作用,本方法疗效肯定,具有临床推广价值与应用前景。
Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing of the wrist ulnar nerve injury by sharp weapon. Methods ：The 153 patients with bipolar stimulator on the ulnar nerve function of the two ends of the brindle branch positioning, and then taken to increase perineurium epineurium suture repair of wrist ulnar nerve in patients with sharp injuries, as soon as possible after the first week a series of rehabilitation nursing.
