摘要
利用TEM、图象处理以及分形方法得出PbTiO3和PZT凝胶团聚的分形维数Df.结论是:Df与溶胶成膜连续性有关;Df大的溶胶制备薄膜的连续性好,无机盐含量的增加可能引起Df减小。
Sol-gel processing is one of the most important method of fabricating thin film. From solution to gelation film, aggregation of gelation particles is relative closely to the continuity of thin film. Thus, it is necessary that aggregation is described efFectively with quantization. In this paper. the fractal dimensions of the aggregation of PbTiO3 and PZT gelation are given by TEM, image deal and fractal method. It is indicated that the gelation film has higher continuity with greater Df, and Df decreases possibly with content of inorganic salt increase.
