热轧SWRH82B盘条在线余温时效探讨 被引量:6

摘要 SWRH82B盘条热轧后存在大量的内应力,塑性指标较低,需经过一段时间的自然时效才能恢复。对Φ12.5mm和Φ8.0mm SWRH82B盘条进行力学性能分析,并对拉伸断口进行宏观和微观观察,测定了不同时效条件下的电阻率变化。结果表明材料微观缺陷在时效过程中有一定的修复,这种修复是时效过程中造成塑性变化的主要原因。SWRH82B盘条在200~250℃区间余温时效,抗拉强度和断面收缩率均达到要求,相当于进行了15d左右的自然时效。对SWRH82B盘条内部缺陷修复效果给出了定性评判。 There is large internal stress in SWRH82B wire rod after hot rolled. Plastic index is low. It can restore after a period of natural aging. The mechanical property of Ф12.5 mm and 08.0 mm SWRH82B wire rod was analyzed, And the tensile fracture was macro and micro observed. Resistivity change in different aging conditions was tested. Results show that the micro defects can be repaired to some extent in the period of aging. The repairing is main reason causing the change of the plastic properties in aging process. When SWRH82B wire rod is aging at 200- 250 ℃residual temperature, the tensile strength and fracture area reduction reaches requirements. It equals to about 15 days of natural aging. The defects repairing effect of SWRH82B wire rod is qualitatively judged.
