摘要
通过阐述我国体育竞赛体制发生深刻变化的背景,调查研究我国青少年业余篮球训练缴费问题的现状,对比分析篮球运动较发达国家同类问题的先进经验,并结合我国实际情况提出:我国青少年业余篮球训练组织体系的最基层应放在普通中小学,借助国家办义务教育的体制优势、资源优势,把基础体育项目包括篮球项目在内的业余训练工作作为义务教育体系的组成部分.
The authors have made some researches into the present state of the fee for China^s teenager amateur basketball training by expounding the backgrounds of the profound changes in the competing system of sports, and propose that the amateur sports training, including basketball training, should become a component part of the compulsory education through putting the work of the teenager amateur basketball training into the most grass - rooted regular primary and middle schools by taking advantage of the compulsory education and its rich resources.
